Working From Home and Staying Sane

In this new world we find ourselves in, a record number of us are working from home. In fact, it's more than ever before. I'm sure most of you felt like I did on that very first day: petrified. I know I for one couldn't stop my head spinning. How are we all going to communicate? How can I combat loneliness? How do I keep my spirits up? How can I get all this done?
